At the October 21st, 2004 public meeting, the Township announced the adoption of the Annual Fire Safety Inspections In accordance with the Uniform Construction Code. The inspections will be required for all commercial businesses, but not residential homes.
Beginning January 2009, North Franklin Township’s Zoning & Code Enforcement 3rd Party Company, Municipal Consulting Service, LLC will do the fire inspections for merchant/commercial businesses in North Franklin Township. All businesses will be required to pass an annual Fire Safety Inspection.
