The information listed below reflects the 2026 update.
Burning is permitted on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays only, between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. No permit is required.
Recreational fires are permitted any day between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 am (midnight) and do not require a permit.
Grubbing or burning vegetation off of land used for agriculture or construction projects requires a permit, which can be obtained from the Township Office.
