Waterside Park Master Site Development Plan

North Franklin Township is accepting proposals for a one-time contract to perform certain professional (consulting) services work involving preparing a Master Site Development Plan for a park located on an 89-acre parcel of land owned by North Franklin Township. Proposal submission instructions, requirements, evaluation criteria, and a sample contract are available HERE.

A Pre-Bid meeting was held on March 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the public meeting room of the North Franklin Township Municipal Building, 620 Franklin Farms Rd., Washington, PA 15301. Any questions not addressed at the meeting can be emailed to  e.dinch@nftwp.com.  All questions and answers will be posted to this site to assure fairness in bidding practices.

Any RFP addendums will be posted to this site.  Please check this site before submitting your proposal to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

All proposals must be received no later than MARCH 19, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. (NOON).  Please see the RFP Packet for detailed instructions.


Addenda – Please see the information below prior to submitting your bid to be certain you are aware of all changes and additional information.

 

Addendum #1 – Item J. STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT, on page 11-12 of the RFP should be removed. This assessment will be completed prior to awarding the MSDP contract.  Bidders will not need to perform a structural assessment of the water company building.
