Subdivision Fees (Filing Fees)

Completed forms are to be sent to Jackie Kotchman, the Secretary/Treasurer. The forms can be sent as follows.

Minor Subdivision (One to Four lots) $250.00
All Other Subdivisions $250.00, plus $10.00 per lot with maximum fee of $750.00
Residential Land Developments (Two) $250.00, each additional $35.00 / building
Non-Residential Land Developments (One to Two) $250.00, each additional $75.00 / building
** All subdivision applications require a $500.00 deposit before processing. This deposit is required to cover any legal or engineering costs that may be incurred by the township. Any monies remaining will be returned.
